of 6 July 2016* for submission of GM, IM, WGM, WIM, IA, FA and IO title
applications to be considered at the 87th FIDE Congress 2016.
The title applications received after this date will be surcharged 50% and
those arriving during the Congress will be charged a 100% supplement.

before the start of the Baku Chess Olympiad. The event was attended by
Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Ragimov, President of the Azerbaijan CF
Elman Rustamov, FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov and Mahir Mamedov,
Director of the Operational Committee of the Baku Chess Olympiad.
In particular, the Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Ragimov said as

On May 18th in Moscow Kirsan Ilyumzhinov had a working meeting with the
Minister of Tourism of Cambodia Dr. Thong Khon, who is also the President
of the Cambodian National Olympic Committee.
Dr. Khon said that Cambodia will host the 2023 Asian Games and considers
the possibility of inclusion into the programme the tournaments of national
chess, Chinese chess (xiangqi) and international (FIDE) chess.
The Cambodian side needs the organizational experience and consultations of

send one (1) Head of Delegation to accompany the Open and Women Teams. The
accommodation on full board basis will be covered by the Organisers for the

Ali paten juara seleksi catur Se-kota palembang
Pengkot palembang mengadakan seleksi catur guna menentukan atlit catur nya untuk porfrov 2017 mendatang sebanyak 78 atlit ikut dalam event tsbt. Pertandingan mengunakan sistem Swiss 9 babak yg dilaksanakan dari tgl 28 -29 Mei 2016 bertempat di gedung DPC PDI P jl radial kota Palembang .acara pembukaan langsung di buka bapak h.Iwan dermawan SH. Selaku Ketum percasi kota Palembang dan juga ketua DPRD kota. Nantinya akan didapat 20 besar yg akan diseleksi kembali. Panitia menyediakan uang pembinaan sampai rangking 15. Rank 1. 2'5 juta rangk2. 2juta rank 3 1'5 juta. Rank 4. 1 juta. Rank 5. 800 rb. Rank 6.500.rb. 7-10.@250.rb. 11-15 @200 rb. Wasit pairing evan Effendy mn. Dg ketua pelaksana anharrudin SH. Setelah 9 babak berlangsung Ali paten rank 1. Ucok Harahap MN.rank 2. Agus Ali MN. Rank 3. (Hasil lengkap akan di upload di chess results)
