GM Constantin Lupulescu took the top prize after defeating GM Andrei Murariu in a dramatic last round. Lupulescu collected 8.5/11 points, same as IM Lucian-Costin Miron, and got the gold thanks to his better score in the tie-breaks, according to a Chessdom report.
